• Single : 40-45% is same length , the rest is mixed length
• Double : 60-75% is same length, the rest is mixed length
• Super: 80-85% is same length , the rest is mixed length
• Luxury Hair (Full- End Quality): 100% is same length, the rest is mixed length

• Confirm your final decision with us regarding types, description and quantity
• We will send  order confirmation with invoice 
• You confirm invoice and make payment. Our factory will start making when we got your money
• Our factory will update  your status of hair production everyday. You can video call to us anytime to see your product in our factory (This priviledge is just applied in our H Hair Factory)
• We make a video call for you to check the quantity of hair when we finish your production. We ONLY SHIP WHEN YOU ARE SATISFIED.
• Order will be packed properly before sending to Logistics Providers.
